So why does the pressure become unstable during the use of the hot melt adhesive machine? What are the causes of unstable pressure?

1. If the operator fails to add glue in time during use, the glue level in the glue tank will drop, and then a large amount of glue will be added, causing the temperature of the glue tank to be absorbed by the newly added glue, causing the temperature in the glue tank to drop sharply. The viscosity of the glue increases and it cannot be used. Therefore, the normal glue tank liquid level should maintain 80% of the total glue tank volume. During production, operators should pay attention to the remaining glue in the glue tank so that new glue can be added in time.

2. Check whether the glue tank, hot melt glue hose, and hot glue gun of the hot melt glue machine have reached the specified operating temperature. For example, the glue tank and hot glue hose have temperatures, but if the glue gun does not reach the set temperature, it will also cause instability. And the situation where glue cannot be sprayed normally and the amount of glue sprayed is very small.

3. If the glue tank is not cleaned for a long time or heated repeatedly for a long time, the carbonization in the glue tank will be deposited, which will easily block the filter and nozzle, affecting the use. It is recommended to use cleaning agent to clear it.
