Usually people think that when using hot melt adhesive, the higher the temperature, the faster the melt adhesive and the faster the gluing speed. Actually, this is a misunderstanding. When the hot-melt adhesive is melting, the velocity and temperature of the hot-melt glue are roughly an attenuating oscillatory function curve, with peaks and troughs. Therefore, when setting the operating temperature of the hot melt adhesive machine, it is best to refer to the opinions of the hot melt adhesive manufacturer and set the operating temperature in combination with the actual production situation.

If smoke occurs during the use of hot melt adhesive, you can first lower the set temperature of the hot melt adhesive machine. If smoke still occurs, contact the relevant supplier to confirm whether the operating temperature is appropriate.

2. Temperature control is out of control

The hot melt glue machine is heated by a heating tube and reflects the real-time temperature through a temperature sensor. Therefore, when the temperature sensor fails, it will continue to heat the hot melt adhesive, causing the adhesive to smoke. Therefore, in this case, the equipment components of the hot melt adhesive machine need to be replaced in time.

3. The thermal stability of hot melt adhesive is too poor

Hot melt adhesives with poor thermal stability will suffer from large-scale decomposition and other deterioration problems during use. In this case, the manufacturer should be contacted immediately.
