Reason 4: The surface of the material is too smooth, which is not conducive to the penetration of hot melt adhesive, and can increase the operating temperature or prolong the pressing time.

Reason 5: The hot melt adhesive cools too fast, you can increase the operating temperature, increase the amount of glue, reduce the distance between the nozzle and the material, or choose a hot melt adhesive with a longer open time.

There are many reasons why the material is not firmly pasted. When operating the hot melt adhesive machine equipment, you must follow the instructions of the hot melt adhesive machine manufacturer and analyze in many aspects.
